What is powdered peanut butter?
Powdered peanut butter is made by pressing roasted peanuts to remove most of the oil, then grinding them into a fine powder. The result has 90% less fat than traditional peanut butter while keeping all the rich, roasted peanut flavor and packing even more protein per serving.
What are the ingredients?
The base ingredient for all our products is roasted peanuts with most of their oil pressed out. We then either pack this straight or fortify it with simple and natural ingredients such as sugar, sea salt, cocoa powder, pea protein isolate - depending on the variant. Tru-Nut contains NO artificial flavors, preservatives, colorants or any other fillers.
Is TRU-NUT gluten free, vegan, and non-GMO?
Yes to all three. TRU-NUT is gluten free, 100% plant-based (vegan), and made from non-GMO high-oleic peanuts grown in the USA.
What is the difference between Peanut Butter Powder and Peanut Flour?
Peanut Butter Powder is made from fully roasted peanuts and has a rich, toasty peanut butter flavor. Peanut Flour is made from lightly roasted peanuts and has a milder, nuttier taste — great for baking where you want peanut nutrition without a strong flavor.
How to Use
How do I make peanut butter from the powder?
Mix 2 tablespoons of TRU-NUT with 1 tablespoon of water and stir until smooth. Adjust the ratio to your preferred consistency. You can also add a drop of honey or maple syrup for sweetness.
What can I use TRU-NUT in?

Does TRU-NUT need to be refrigerated?
No. Store TRU-NUT in a cool, dry place with the lid sealed. It has a long shelf life because most of the oil has been removed, which is what causes traditional peanut butter to go rancid.
